Habitat Welcomes Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Development

Fayetteville Area Habitat for Humanity (FAHFH) is pleased to announce that Mark Trudeau has joined the leadership team as Chief Operating Officer and Nathan Bright steps into a development role.

As Chief Operating Officer, Mark will oversee departmental performance as it relates to the overall success of the affiliate including finances, human resources, and office operations. Vice President of Development, Nathan Bright, is responsible for developing relationships with individuals, businesses, churches, organizations and foundations. The VP of Development will also implement fundraising strategies to accomplish fund development and capacity building.

With extensive military operations experience, a B.S. from the USAF Academy, and a MBA from the City University of Seattle, Mark’s goal is to provide the best support to the staff and prospective homeowners so that FAHFH becomes the leading provider of affordable housing in the area.

Nathan’s experience in construction and restoration, and MPA from N.C. State University will enable him to secure gifts from major donors, manage and sustain an annual fund, and organize major annual events.
