This month’s topic: FUNDRAISING
Unique Webster, from the development department at the Arts Council, will share information about fundraising. Together, the group will plan for the upcoming benefit concert with the Fort Bragg Chapel’s Community Choir.

Please come prepared to take notes and learn about Habitat for Humanity, and how you can grow as a professional.

*Quarterly professional development workshops are open to current dues-paying Habitat Young Professionals (HYP) members, those interested in engaging with Habitat’s mission, and those interested in joining HYP.

Home Builders Blitz @ Oakridge Estates

Fayetteville Area Habitat’s Home Builders Blitz engages professional builders to help people in need of affordable housing.

We are looking for qualified local builders that want an opportunity to give back to their community and to network with other builders and suppliers.

Together, we can build five homes for five deserving families in one week.

Veterans Build

Fort Bragg Chapels’ Community Choir Concert @ St. Patrick Catholic Church
Nov 8 @ 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm

Join us for a musical celebration of unity and love! The Fort Bragg Chapels’ Community Choir is performing a FREE concert, including hymns and patriotic anthems. Proceeds from the benevolent offering at this concert will go toward Habitat for Humanity’s affordable housing projects in Fayetteville.

Gingerbread Community of Hope @ SkyView on Hay
Nov 29 @ 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Create a piece of the gingerbread community of hope and bring it to SkyView on Hay to see it all come together during Dickens Holiday!

The public is invited to pick up an entry form and base at the Habitat ReStore at 3833 Bragg Boulevard.

All entries will be eligible for the People’s Choice Award. (Voting will take place between 1 pm and 5:30 pm.)  The winner receives $250!
