Ruthie graduated in 2004 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and returned to her hometown of Fayetteville in 2007 to work with area nonprofits. Her passion is promoting Habitat’s work that shows God’s love and engaging individuals in improving our community.

Erica graduated from the Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in health education and from New York University with master’s degree in health studies. Prior to joining FAHFH, Erica had eighteen years of experience in the nonprofit sector working in both community health education and in philanthropy. She joined FAHFH in September 2014 with a passion for building healthy communities.

With her experience doing humanitarian work in three countries and assisting families in her hometown of Roanoke, VA, Maggie joins the Family Services team with a passion to foster great community connections and invest in the Fayetteville community. She is excited to further the mission and breathe new life into historically under-served areas.

Michael M. V. Pennink, Vice President of Neighborhood Revitalization
Michael graduated in 2006 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Psychology, and received his juris doctor from the UNC School of Law in 2009. Prior to joining FAHFH, Michael practiced law for six years as a partner in the law firm of Ray & Pennink PLLC practicing estate, tax and corporate law. He joined FAHFH in July of 2015 with hopes to create visible and lasting change in the B Street Community.
